There are plenty of similar small houses on the market and only time will show is there a place for one more with different, minimalist design. Paco is Japanese step in small houses. It’s designed by Jo Nagasaka+Schemata Architecture Office and has a size of container house (3m²). It brings minimalist design in such container houses. Paco has open roof and autonomous infrastructure what made it perfect to put in your garden or on your favorite surf place.
