EQUINE Capital Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Equine Park Country Resort Sdn Bhd, has signed a joint development agreement with Revenue Concept Sdn Bhd to develop a 3.6ha in Subang Jaya, Selangor, into a RM1 billion mixed commercial and residential development.The project will be carried out in phases over seven years, Equine said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday.
