ASIAN Pac Holdings Bhd’s unit, Safe Valley Sdn Bhd has signed a deal to sell 3.5ha of land in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, to Axis Milestone Sdn Bhd for RM49.1 million.Proceeds will be used to reduce its borrowings and to fund other development projects.
It expects to complete the deal by March 31 next year.
